Weather in Lake George, New York

The average year-round temperature in Lake George is approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees Celsius) with the warmest month being July (average of 70 degrees Fahrenheit / 21 degrees Celsius) and the coldest month being January (average of 19 degrees Fahrenheit / -7 degrees Celsius). Between May and September, the average temperature is 64 degrees Fahrenheit (18 degrees Celsius).

How to Get There

All students must contact employer at least two week prior to arriving. Students should fly into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and take the Adirondack Trailways bus to Lake George, NY. The ticket will cost approximately $55 one way. Please having your pre-arranged housing already in place and go directly there upon arrival. Students should report to Fort William Henry the following morning.
