Hours for employees are generally 9:00am-4:00pm every day. Some work days will be shorter and students will be done earlier, while some days will be longer, depending on business levels.

How to Get There

Students must communicate their travel plans with their employer at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. It is recommended that students fly into Fairbanks International Airport (FAI) in Fairbanks, AK. Upon arrival in the airport, use the phone bank by the baggage claim area to call the hotel 907-451-1502 and a shuttle will be sent to pick you up. *Please note- The weather in Fairbanks in spring is still very cold, Please bring cold weather gear such as winter jackets, hats, gloves, boots, etc. For more information about the weather in Fairbanks, please visit www.weather.com.
