About Hyannis and Cape Cod

Cape Cod is the eastern most part of Massachusetts. Its peninsula extends into the Atlantic Ocean and the coastline is filled with beautiful beaches and lighthouses. This well-known vacation destination is shaped like a bent arm. Hyannis is located in the middle of the Cape and is referred to as the “Capital of the Cape”. It is close to the West Falmouth area where many of the ferries arrive and depart from Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. If you enjoy the water and outdoor activities, then this is the place to be for boating, surfing, whale watching, fishing, golfing and more.  Your summer will fly by with plenty of things to do in Hyannis!

Housing in Hyannis

Housing in Hyannis can be difficult to find and expensive.  Students should start looking for housing as soon as possible to ensure comfortable and affordable housing.  It is highly recommended that students secure housing before arriving in the US. Housing can cost up to $200 per week, but the earlier housing is secured, the less expensive and more comfortable it will be!
