Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation, the #1 Tourist destination in North Dakota, is located in the heart of the beautiful badlands. ·                    Theodore Roosevelt National Park is the only National Park in North Dakota.

What is the weather like in Medora, North Dakota?

North Dakota’s climate is typical of a continental climate with cold winters and hot summers. Winters in North Dakota is characterized by cold (below freezing) temperatures and snowfall. Summer sees heat and humidity and high temperatures average in the mid-80s (30°C) in the west, with temperatures as hot as 121°F (49°C) possible. How to Get There

Students must arrive at Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation Monday-Friday Before 10pm. There are NO WEEKEND ARRIVALS and NO ARRIVALS AFTER 10:00pm (22:00). Students are encouraged to fly into the Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport (DIK) or the Bismarck Airport (BIS) and make arrangements with Chelsea to be picked up. A $30.00 fee will apply for each person transported from the Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport and from the Bismarck Airport. This fee will be deducted from the employee's first paycheck. If you are not flying to Dickinson or Bismarck airports, students should make travel arrangements to get to Medora through Greyhound Bus. Visit www.greyhound.com for more information.
