Moose Tracks

Moose Tracks is a retail t-shirt store in the tourist town of Grand Marais, MN.  Grand Marais is on the shores of Lake Superior, the largest of the Great Lakes, and is full of activities aimed at relaxation and adventure.  We are the ideal spot for students who love to be in nature!  Our community has hosted international students for over 15 years, and we welcome our students as if they are part of our family.  Students will gain valuable skills in customer service and retail sales, while practicing speaking English daily with guests from all over the world.  We are looking for highly motivated students with strong communication skills to join our team this summer!

Weather in Grand Marais, MN

Summer in Grand Marais is warm and sunny.  Students will enjoy the daytime highs averaging 70°F (21°C).  Temperatures at night can drop to about 50°F (10°C), so plan to pack light layers for the cooler nights.  Rain is common in the summer months, so make sure to have a raincoat!  For current weather information, please visit

How to Get There

Students should plan to fly into Duluth International Airport (DLH) to meet prearranged pickup.  We will pick students up at the airport if we have their flight information at least 2 weeks in advance.  If students arrive in Minneapolis, they will need to take a bus to Duluth, where we will be able to pick them up.
