Joshuas Restaurant

Joshua’s Restaurant is a cozy Revolutionary War-period home is the setting for inspired farm-to-table American meals. Located on the coast of Maine, Joshua's commitment to freshness requires buying from many sources. His priority is always freshness first, organic or natural second, local or from Maine third. He can hit the trifecta on vegetables coming from our own farm. A major of the food served at the restaurant comes from the family farm just down the road. The farm harvest 10,000 pounds of certified fresh organic vegetables!! It’s a family operation with dad running the farm and mom and Josh running the restaurant.  There are roughly 35 employees at the restaurant and 6 on the farm.
