C-Way Resort

Welcome to C-Way Resort. We are located in the heart of the 1000 Islands and 2 miles from the Saint Lawrence River! The C-Way Resort is the only complete resort in Clayton. The Motel is directly across the street from C-Way Restaurant & Golf Course. Amenities include in-ground pool, air conditioning and in-room phones and wireless internet access. This is an excellent opportunity for students to spend their summer working hard in a small resort community where they get to know their neighbors and make friends with local residents. The town of Clayton, where the C-Way Resort is located, has been named one of America's Coolest Small Towns. Clayton is the quintessential river village, surrounded by the magnificent St. Lawrence River, nestled along the northern edge of upstate New York and minutes from Canada.

Clayton, New York:

Nestled in near the waters of the St. Lawrence Seaway, this is a paradise for outdoorsmen and boaters. The region, known as the 1000 Island region, is a top tourism location. Clayton is home to many family activities, world class fishing, wonderful evenings, great diving, and prime place to kick back and relax.

Weather:

Clayton has very mild summers. The warmest month is July with an average temperature of about 78 degrees Fahrenheit (25.5 degrees Celsius). Make sure to have layers for cool nights and chances of rain. For more information click here.

How to Get There

 Students should fly into JFK, NY and then travel to Watertown, NY by bus. Please note that the bus trip takes about 8 hours and it costs $76. The bus is called Greyhound and you should pick it up from Port Authority in NYC. We will pick you up at the bus station in Watertown. You must notify us of your travel itinerary at least two weeks in advance.
