Thorough knowledge of practices and techniques of mixology and proficient in the operation of bar equipment; liquor laws; computierized cash register systems; cash collection procedures; standard procedures related to beverage serving, taking/following up on orders and communicating with guests. Excellent communications and customer service skills. Working knowledge of standard bar opening, operating and closing procedures; ability to handle all complaints quickly and efficiently, in the customers’ best interests; ability to work flexible hours.
Position Description: During a shift, prepares and serves alcoholic beverages to restaurant guests, being concerned with the quality, quantity and appearance of the beverage product. Mixes all beverages consistently, applying recipe knowledge of all drinks.

Good dexterity; observant; attention to detail and neatness. MUST BE 21 YEARS.
Position Description: Takes food and beverage orders from restaurant guests, explaining the characteristics of menu and special items, in order to assist guests in making specific choices or selecting additional items or higher quality products. Ensures that charges for ordered items are correct and totaled, coordinating efforts with shift Cashier or Cashier Supervisor.
